Operating over 90 pieces of infrastructure in 23 countries, VINCI Concessions offers an inclusive and stimulating environment for all talents seeking opportunities for their careers and international mobility.
Here are four cases from several different continents.
My career shows that female leadership is a reality at VINCI Concessions.
“I was recruited to work at Lisbon airport as a specialist maintenance engineer in 2001, and over my career I was given more responsibilities, eventually becoming the airport’s Assistant Director in 2018. In 2023, I completed my training as part of the ACI and ICAO(1)’s AMPAP(2) and took part in a number of programmes on leadership, financial management and airport security. That same year, I was given the opportunity to join VINCI Concessions’ Ellevate programme to support female leadership, before becoming director of Lisbon airport. I also took part in a training programme in Portugal for managers who could potentially join the Executive Committee.“

From Salvador to Paris: I seized the opportunity of an international transfer.
“In 2021 I joined the VINCI Airports’ Brazilian business development team, based at Salvador Bahia airport. I found out that an opportunity was opening up at the business development team in Paris. I then met VINCI Airports’ heads of marketing and operations at an event organised by Salvador airport, and told them that I was interested in undertaking an international transfer and joining L’archipel. So I’ve been working in Nanterre, since February 2023. An amazing opportunity to add to my skills!”
