The centre of excellence in airport operations. London Gatwick operates the busiest single-runway airport in the world. Various innovations are developed there to ensure the most efficient airport management.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry (France)

The centre of excellence for customer engagement and the passenger experience. Lyon-Saint Exupéry has, for example, launched Mona – the first customised travel assistant – and is also developing innovative retail services.

Lima (Peru)

The centre of excellence for road safety. Lima has rolled out the country’s first automatic accident detection system, harnessing AI and massive quantities of data from Peruvian road concessions.

Lisbon (Portugal)

The centre of excellence for smart infrastructure. Lisbon develops projects to optimise how infrastructure is used.
