Robots to help passengers
Background: Operated by VINCI Airports, the three airports in the Kansai region will serve as a gateway to visitors arriving for World Expo 2025 in Osaka, and lead the way in showcasing innovations to passengers.
Robots are helping passengers all over the world from Osaka to Lisbon, via Lyon and Belfast. The new generation of robots are physically coming out to meet passengers in Osaka and Lisbon, while in Belfast and Lyon, they are facilitating service at restaurants and business lounges.
